To design and guide our clients through a plan which will achieve sustainable sales growth, by meeting the client where they are and by conducting a thorough marketing and supply chain review.  Once the needs of the brand are understood, we leverage strategic relationships and work in close collaboration with brand leadership, distributors and retailers to achieve our client’s goals.

OUR FOUNDATION

Our owner and founder, Wayne Fisher, brings 20 years experience in BOTH c-store retail operations as well as in convenience distribution.  He has been the General Sales Manager of one of the largest DCs with Core-Mark Int., winning GSM of the Year for the entire company in 2016 and becoming the Division President for the Los Angeles DC.  Prior to that, Wayne spent 10 years with 7-Eleven Inc. as a Field Consultant, Assistant Market Manager and Market Manager, responsible for 100 Franchise and Company owned sites.  Wayne possess the rare combination of C-store Retail and Distribution experience.  In addition to this Wayne has been an entrepreneur many times, including starting his own coffee house and bagel shop, Arrowhead Bagel Co. he then sold that profitable business.  He is passionate about helping others accomplish their goals and has the expertise, experience and strategic relationships to help you.

Office & Administrative Support

Erin Fisher has a solid food service, convenience and customer service background, she worked closely with many 7-Eleven Franchisees in the Southern California area as the Office Manager of the  Franchise Owners Association Of Greater Los Angeles. Her responsibilities included: event planning, group communication, and point of contact for brokers and manufacturers of C-store related products. Erin Also held the role of Operations Manager for Arrowhead Bagel Co., handling the day to day operations including: consistency in high quality products, catering, employee training, and vendor relations. Erin is eager to contribute her acquired skills to the  Ascending Brands team and clients.
